For those who want to take it slow and easy
Start your morning with coffee/tea, an early morning walk, yoga/ meditation or light workouts before breakfast. The rest of the morning can be given to reading, music or board and card games with servings of fresh fruit and juices in between. For the curious and outgoing who seek a simple activity before lunch, we recommend a visit to a local farm nearby to see firsthand the complex dynamics of tropical agriculture practiced in these parts. Lunch can be followed by a siesta for those so inclined. Coffee/Tea with local snacks will be served in the late afternoon. One can take leisurely evening walks around the premises till sunset before catching up on a session of yoga or meditation followed by dinner (7.30 PM onwards) with digestif or pousse-café’ to end a perfect and relaxed day.
